Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Event Sphere Canada website (eventspherecanada.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

Services

Event Sphere Canada provides social event experience services, including the provision of professional game tables, trained hosts, event coordination, and related services for private and corporate events. All activities are conducted for entertainment purposes only. No real money is involved in any game or activity we provide.

Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of availability. A confirmed booking is established only when:

A written proposal has been accepted by the client
A service agreement or booking confirmation has been signed
Any required deposit has been received

Event Sphere Canada reserves the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies are set out in the individual service agreement for each booking. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following general terms apply:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit may be transferred to a future event date
Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event: full contracted fee may apply

We will work reasonably with clients to accommodate unavoidable changes to event dates or scope.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate event information at the time of booking
Securing venue access for setup and breakdown as agreed
Ensuring guests conduct themselves in a manner that allows our team to deliver services safely and professionally
Notifying Event Sphere Canada of any material changes to event details as soon as possible

Liability

Event Sphere Canada operates with appropriate business liability insurance. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: venue cancellations, extreme weather, or acts of force majeure. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the contracted services for the affected event.

Intellectual Property

All content on eventspherecanada.com — including text, design elements, and images — is the property of Event Sphere Canada or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other user's access to it.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
